Stocks to Watch Monday: Tesla, Paramount, AMC -- WSJ

Tesla $(TSLA)$: Shares rose about 6% in premarket trading, poised to extended last week's rally. Chief Executive Elon Musk won Beijing's blessing to roll out its driver-assistance service on a visit to China, Tesla's biggest overseas market.

Paramount Global (PARA): Shares of the entertainment conglomerate, which is due to report earnings late Monday, rallied premarket. On Friday, its shares fell roughly 2% after The Wall Street Journal reported that Paramount was considering replacing Chief Executive Bob Bakish.

AMC Entertainment $(AMC)$: The theater chain-turned-meme stock said late Friday that last year's writer and actor strikes would dent its first-quarter results. Its shares fell about 3% premarket.

Quarterly results are due from Domino's Pizza $(DPZ)$ ahead of the market open and MicroStrategy $(MSTR)$ after the close.

Philips (NL:PHIA, PHG): Shares of the Dutch health-technology company jumped more than 30% after Philips said it had reached a $1.1 billion settlement in the U.S. relating to its Respironics ventilators.

Deutsche Bank (XE:DBK, DB): Germany's biggest bank said it faced a loss of up to 1.3 billion euros, equivalent to roughly $1.4 billion, relating to a shareholder lawsuit over a 2010 acquisition. Its shares fell more than 5%.
