OneSpan Shares Rise 20% After Financial Results Show 1Q Gain

Shares of OneSpan were in the green in Thursday's after-hours session after its latest results showed the company swung to a gain in the first quarter.

The stock was up 20% to $13.11 in post-market trading, and was little changed in market trading to close at $10.95. For the year, the shares are up 2.2%.

The digital agreements security company reported earnings per share of 35 cents on revenue of $64.8 million for the first quarter. Analysts had expected revenue of $56.4 million, according to FactSet.

In the year-ago period, the company reported a loss per share of 21 cents on revenue of $57.6 million.

OneSpan also said it now expects revenue of $238 million to $246 million for 2024.
