Additionally, the Company paid approximately $25 million in the quarter for the remaining fees associated with the completion of the spin transaction, which occurred on September 30, 2023.\nIn the second quarter, Aramark proactively repriced its 2028 Term Loan B of $730 million and 2030 Term Loan B of $1.1 billion at lower interest rates. The Company expects the repricing action to result in interest expense savings of approximately $10 million annually. At quarter-end, Aramark had over $1.1 billion in cash availability.\nDIVIDEND DECLARATIONThe Company's Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of 9.5 cents per share of common stock, as announced on April 29, 2024.
