Wolverine World Wide's chief financial officer, Michael Stornant, is retiring after nearly three decades with the footwear maker.
Wolverine on Wednesday said Taryn Miller, who most recently served as vice president of corporate and commercial finance for Corteva Agriscience, is succeeding Stornant as finance chief.
The Rockford, Mich., company said Miller, 52 years old, will receive a base salary of $650,000 and an annual bonus with a target of 60% of her base pay.
Wolverine said Stornant, who has been chief financial officer since 2015, will continue to work for the company through early 2025 and assist with the transition.
