Logistic Properties of the Americas Names New CFO, COO

Logistic Properties of the Americas has named new finance and operating chiefs.

The Costa Rica-based company, which develops and owns logistics real estate in Central and South America, said Chief Financial Officer Annette Fernandez would become COO, effective Monday.

Paul Smith will join the company as CFO. Smith previously was CFO for VTrips Holdings and Hoteles City Express.

LPA, previously known as LatAm Logistic Properties, went public in late March after merging with a blank-check company.
