** Company opens at $27 vs $19.56 IPO price, rises as much as 53.4% to $30

** HDL, which operates Chinese hotpot restaurant chain Haidilao in the overseas market, valued at $1.74 bln at open

** Stock last up 15.3% at $22.55

** Super Hi raised $52.7 mln by selling about 2.7 mln American Depositary shares

** HDL plans to primarily use IPO proceeds to expand its restaurant network globally
