A trustee appointed by Freetech Road Recycling Technology (HKG:6888) has bought back a further 300,000 shares in the market for HK$55,310 under the latterâs share award scheme, a Friday filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.
The shares, which were bought back between May 20 and today, Friday, for HK$0.184 apiece, represent roughly 0.028% of the companyâs issued share capital.
Following the purchase, the trustee holds a little over 76.6 million shares of the road maintenance services provider.
