Vobile Group (HKG:3738) has completed the issue of around HK$160 million of convertible bonds to Poly Platinum Enterprises, a Friday filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.
The software company will use proceeds from the issue for the development and investment of its artificial intelligence generated content related business, as well as to repay loans.
Shares of the company closed nearly 3% lower on Friday.
