BUZZ-Gold miners rise as dollar edges lower

** Shares of gold miners rise, tracking prices of bullion

** Spot gold up 0.2% at $2,334.32/ounce, helped by weaker U.S. dollar

** Softer dollar makes the precious metal less expensive for other currency holders

** Top miners Newmont and Barrick Gold gain 1.9% and 0.2%, respectively

** U.S.-listed shares of South African miners Sibanye Stillwater , Gold Fields , Harmony Gold and AngloGold Ashanti

rise between 2% and 3.1%

** Canadian miner Kinross Gold up 1.3%
