Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) has purchased 9,950 shares of US-based Vertiv Holdings from the secondary market for about HK$8 million, according to Friday's filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The average price per Vertiv stock was around HK$801.25, the filing said.
Shares of the manufacturer of semiconductors finished over 3% lower on Friday.
