Privia Health Shares Rise After Board Directors Bought Company Shares

Shares of Privia Health Group on Friday rose in pre-market trading a day after the company said that board directors Adam Boehler and Thomas McCarthy acquired shares in the company.

The stock was up 6.3% to $17.13. Shares have dropped 30% since the beginning of the year.

The physician platform said that Boehler has bought 552,436 shares in the company. McCarthy acquired 10,000 company shares.
