Metech International (SGX:V3M) completed the placement of 18 million new ordinary shares in capital of the company at an issue price of SG$0.034 per placement share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Following the placement, the number of ordinary shares in the capital of the company has increased from 151,555,655 shares to 169,555,655 shares.
The placement shares will be listed and quoted on the Catalist board on or about May 28, the filing said.
