CSC Holdings (SGX:C06, HKG:0235) posted a wider attributable loss in the fiscal second half as higher raw materials and energy costs offset an improvement in revenue, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore bourse.
The construction engineering company's attributable loss was SG$17.2 million, or SG$0.0049 per share, compared with a loss of about SG$10 million, or SG$0.0028 per share, a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended March 31 rose 8.4% year over year to SG$158.9 million from SG$146.6 million, reflecting the higher level of construction activity, the filing said.
