Nanjing Pharmaceutical (SHA:600713) issued ultra-short-term bonds amounting to 500 million yuan, according to the disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bonds have an issuance rate of 1.94% and a term of 270 days, the company said in its Tuesday disclosure.
China Merchants Bank (HKG:3968, SHA:600036) acted as the bookkeeper and lead underwriter of the issuance.
Nanjing Pharmaceutical's shares slipped 1% in recent trade.
