Esprit Holdings (HKG:0330) renewed the lease for two premises it rents in Hong Kong before it expires in October, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The premises comprise two entire floors inside the China United Centre commercial building in North Point, Hong Kong.

Currently, the building's 29th floor houses Esprit's product design and merchandising division. It is also being used as a product showroom equipped with model runways. The 26th floor, meanwhile, houses the clothing retailer's IT/e-commerce department.

Shares of Esprit Holdings closed 1% lower on Tuesday.
