FJ Benjaminâs (SGX:F10) wholly owned subsidiaries, FJ Benjamin Singapore and FJ Benjamin Malaysia, entered into a three-year exclusive franchise agreement with The Pond Group for the retail and distribution of Superdry products, effective July 1, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.

The company does not expect the agreement to have any bearing on its financial performance for the fiscal year ending June 30.
