Central New Energy Holdingâs (HKG:1735) indirect unit Central Low Carbon New Energy (Anhui) Group and Sungrow Renewables Development entered into a cooperation framework agreement on May 25, according to a Sunday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The non-legally binding agreement includes intentions and plans from both parties for mutual promotion and joint development. The term of the agreement is three years from the date of its execution.
The company's shares were up over 10% at today's close.
