China Industrial Securities International Financial Group (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment has subscribed to $9.5 million of perpetual securities issued by Coastal Emerald, a May 24 filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.
The securities carry a fixed rate of 6.5% per annum, according to the filing by the securities broker.
Coastal Emerald is a unit of Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group (HKG:0412), which is also the guarantor for the subscription.
