Zinc of Ireland (ASX:ZMI) is set to complete a geochemical auger drilling program at its Cascade rare earth element project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The program is designed to target historical rare earth element anomalies found during gold exploration by prior explorers. It is anticipated to finish between 1,000 and 2,000 meters of drilling, the company said.
The project comprises two exploration licenses that are held by Blue Lagoon, a subsidiary of the company, according to the filing.
