China Electronics Huada Technology (HKG:0085) board recommended the appointment of Mazars CPA as the new auditors of the company, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers, according to a Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
This follows the retirement of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor of the company on May 28.
The electronics company's shares were down 2% in recent trade.
