Koh Brothers Eco Engineering (SGX:5HV) said it was informed by Stamford Corporate Services that it will cease to be the company's continuing sponsor with effect from May 28, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.

However, since the company requires more time to finalize the engagement of a replacement sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services' continuing sponsor was extended by another month. The sponsorship will now terminate on June 28.
