China Maple Leaf Educational Systems (HKG:1317) inked a cooperation agreement with Chinese Testing International (CTI), under which the latter will establish language learning and testing centers at the former's campuses globally.
According to a May 30 filing with the Hong Kong bourse, the tie-up would boost Maple Leaf's "status and reputation" in international Chinese language education.
The stock ended about 2% lower on Thursday.
