Amara Raja Energy & Mobility (NSE:ARE&M, BOM:500008) recorded an increase in its consolidated net profit to 2.30 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 against 1.42 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 12.55 rupees compared with 7.78 rupees, according to a Tuesday filing to the stock exchanges.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also rose to 29.08 billion rupees from 24.33 billion rupees a year earlier.
The board recommended a final dividend of 5.10 rupees per equity share of 1 rupee each fully paid up for the financial year 2023-24.
