Bank of Chongqing (HKG:1963, SHA:601963) issued its first phase of green bonds for the year worth 5 billion yuan, the lender said in its disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The fixed-rate bond has a three-year term and a coupon rate of 2.27%, the Friday disclosure added.
Shares of the company fell less than 2% on the Shanghai bourse bute rose nearly 2% on the Hong Kong bourse.
