The drop over the last 30 days has capped off a tough year for shareholders, with the share price down 39% in that time.    Following the heavy fall in price, China International Holdings may be sending bullish signals at the moment with its price-to-sales (or \"P/S\") ratio of 0.3x, since almost half of all companies in the Water Utilities industry in Singapore have P/S ratios greater than 1.6x and even P/S higher than 4x are not unusual. It's argued the price-to-sales ratio is an inferior measure of value within certain industries, but it can be a powerful business sentiment indicator.  It's no surprise that China International Holdings maintains its low P/S off the back of its sliding revenue over the medium-term.
