Sirnaomics (HKG:2257) Chief Medical Officer Francois Lebel and Chief Financial Officer Yip Wing Kei resigned effective Friday due to other commitments, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The pharmaceutical company did not name any successors for Lebel and Yip.
Earlier in May, strategy chief Xiaochang Dai stepped down due to personal reasons, according to a previous filing.
