Zhang Yi has taken on the role of president of China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) after receiving approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration, a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The lenderâs board had approved the appointment last month, according to the filing.
