Camping World Holdings on Monday said Brent Moody, president, will resign from that position on July 1 and retire on Dec. 31.

Matthew Wagner will succeed Moody, the company said, adding Wagner will continue to serve as principal operating officer.

Wagner, who joined in 2007, has served previously as executive vice president, senior vice president of sales, marketing, and corporate development and vice president of inventory operations for FreedomRoads, an indirect subsidiary of the company, Camping World said.

Also on Monday, the recreational vehicle dealer said Chief Financial Officer Karin Bell will resign from that position effective July 1, and retire after filing the company's Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

Bell will be succeeded by Tom Kirn, who will also continue to serve as principal accounting officer. Kirn previously served as CFO for FreedomRoads, and before that held various roles at Ernst & Young, Camping World said.
