Ingersoll Rand said it has acquired ILC Dover and completed three other acquisitions --Complete Air and Power Solutions, Del PD Pumps & Gear and Fruvac-- for a combined purchase price of $150 million.

The Davidson, N.C.-based supplier of pumps and other industrial products on Monday said the acquisition of ILC adds new technologies for life science applications.

Del Pumps, based in India, will join the company's newly established precision technologies platform within the precision and science technologies segment, with Australia-based Complete Air and Power Solutions being part of the industrial technologies and services unit.

Fruitland Manufacturing, a Canadian manufacturer of mobile and truck mounted vacuum pumps, systems, and peripheral parts, will expand Ingersoll Rand's capabilities to include low flow applications in the mobile vacuum market and will also join the industrial technologies and services unit, the company added.
