ARA US Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) appointed Sim Chee Wah as chief financial officer, effective Saturday, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Sim most recently served as Haiyi Holdings' deputy chief executive from March 2022 until May this year, the filing said.
The appointment comes after Lim Kai Lun resigned as finance head, a separate filing showed.
