BPM Minerals (ASX:BPM) is set to commence the second phase of aircore/reverse circulation drilling at the Claw Gold Project in Western Australia in July following the completion of environmental and heritage surveys at the project area, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
Heritage surveys are scheduled for June with members of the Badimia Native Title Group and final drilling approvals process with the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety is anticipated to be cleared in June/July. The drilling program is designed to test the Louie prospect, a 1,000-meter-long gold-in-regolith anomaly, which was discovered during the first phase of drilling, the company said.
The company continues to evaluate other potential projects in conjunction with exploration at the Claw Gold Project, according to the filing.
