Keppel Infrastructure Trust (SGX:A7RU) completed the acquisition of around 97.68% interest in Ventura Motors, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Ventura is a provider of transport services and operates around 1,200 routes in Australia.
The company funded the acquisition through a term loan facility.
Following the completion of the acquisition, the companyâs assets under management are at SG$8.8 million.
The trust's shares were down 1% recently.
