Aluminum Corporation’s Chairman Resigns, Shares Up Over 3%

Aluminum Corporation of China’s (HKG:2600) Chairman Dong Jianxiong proposed resigning as chairman, executive director, and all other positions under each special committee on Jun 3, a Monday filing said.

Dong’s resignation will be effective from the election date for a new executive director.

The company's shares were up over 3% in recent trade.
