Bit Origin (BTOG) said Friday it agreed to become a sales representative for Aethir, a provider of decentralized GPU cloud infrastructure.
Bit Origin also said it plans to buy some Aethir devices to use in Singapore or Malaysia.
Financial details weren't provided.
Singapore-based Bit Origin, formerly known as China Xiangtai Food, operates in the US in cryptocurrency mining
Bit Origin shares fell 3.6% in recent trading Friday.
