Sinotruk (Hong Kong) (HKG:3808) completed the awarding of 27.2 million shares to 188 participants under a reward grant scheme, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The shares were awarded at 6.896 yuan apiece, the filing said.
Shares rose 2% in Hong Kong during Friday's afternoon trading.
