In short, we do not think the ECB's June meeting will have much of an impact on EUR,\" they added.Governing Council members have spent months preparing markets to expect a cut to the once-negative deposit rate this month, which is seen falling to 3.75% from 4% on Thursday, so the euro will be more interested in any forward guidance given.But with the euro area disinflation process appearing to have ground to a halt over recent months, any forward guidance given might be likely to emphasize a data-dependent stance for monetary policy.\"The impact of EA data/developments and/or the ECB will likely remain more visible in the crosses.
