LONGi Green Energy Raising 10 Billion Yuan Via Corporate Bond Issue; Shares Down 3%

Photovoltaics company LONGi Green Energy Technology (SHA:601012) is seeking to raise 10 billion yuan via the public issue of corporate bonds, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Proceeds will be used for business development needs, further expand financing channels, optimize financing structure and maintain the flexibility of the company's fund raising and management.

The bonds' term will not exceed seven years.

LONGi Green Energy's shares were down 3% in recent trade.
