Manulife US REIT (SGX:BTOU) wound up and dissolved its indirect subsidiary, Hancock S-Reit Portland, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Hancock S-Reit Portland held a property in Hillsboro, Oregon, known as Tanasbourne.

The winding up of the subsidiary is not expected to have any material impact on the companyâs financial statements for the year ending Dec. 31.
