Tenable Holdings (TENB) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire Eureka Security, a provider of data security posture management for cloud environments.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Eureka Security DSPM capabilities are expected to be integrated into Tenable Cloud Security and its Cloud Native Application Protection Platform solution later this year, the company said.
The deal is expected to close in June, Tenable said, adding that the acquisition isn't expected to "have a material impact on revenue this year."
Tenable shares were down 0.6% in recent trading.
