Metech International (SGX:V3M) received a notice of termination from its sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance, citing commercial reasons, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The sponsor will serve a three-month notice and during that time period, the company will be identifying a new continuing sponsor.
