Kingkey Financial International (HKG:1468) will co-develop solar power plant and energy and environmental technology solutions in collaboration with Prime Road Power Public, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Under the non-binding agreement, both companies will collaborate to provide energy technology solutions in compliance with environmental, social, and governance policies across Asia while integrating green financial solutions, the filing said.
Shares closed 7% lower in Hong Kong during Thursday's trading.
