Apollo, Kyndryl Mull Joint Bid for DXC Technology, Reuters Reports

--Buyout firm Apollo Global and information-technology-services provider Kyndryl Holdings are in talks regarding a joint bid for DXC Technology, Reuters reports, citing people familiar with the matter.

--Apollo and Kyndryl have discussed an offer of between $22 and $25 a share for DXC, one of the sources tells Reuters.

--DXC is separately soliciting bids to sell its insurance software business for more than $2 billion and may opt to remain an independent company, Reuters reports, adding that DXC and Apollo declined to comment, while Kyndryl didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
