Binhai Investment CFO Steps Down; Successor Named

Xi Ming has resigned as deputy general manager and chief financial officer of Binhai Investment (HKG:2886), according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

The Chinese energy services provider appointed Xu Yan as the new deputy general manager and CFO, effective immediately.

Xu has worked at various subsidiaries of China Petroleum and Chemical (SHA:600028, HKG:0386) for several years, the filing stated.

Shares of Binhai Investment closed nearly 2% lower on Wednesday.
