Westgold Resources' Starlight Mine Total Mineral Resource Increases 41%; Shares Fall 4%

Westgold Resources (ASX:WGX) said the total mineral resource at the Western Australian Starlight mine has increased by 41% to 590,000 ounces post depletion, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The measured and indicated mineral resource available for ore reserve studies has also risen by 21%, the filing said.

Shares in the gold miner fell over 4% in Tuesday trade.
