BioRestorative Therapies (BRTX) said Thursday it is in "substantive" licensing talks for its off-the-shelf metabolic intellectual property.
The company said its potential license partner for its ThermoStem metabolic disease program is "a leading commercial stage regenerative medicine company."
BioRestorative Therapies said there's no assurance that a license agreement will be struck.
The company's shares rose 36% in premarket activity.
