WISeKey International CFO to Retire at End of June

WISeKey International (WKEY) said Friday that Peter Ward will retire as chief financial officer, effective June 30.

John O'Hara, who currently serves as CFO of the company's SEALSQ (LAES) subsidiary, will succeed Ward as finance chief, effective July 1.

Ward will remain as a member of the WISeKey board.
