Yancoal Australia (ASX:YAL, HKG:3668) on Wednesday issued 1,533,906 performance share rights, at nil issue price, to certain senior executives.
The rights, which are subject to vesting conditions, were issued pursuant to the 2024 long-term incentive plan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Vesting will be determined following the end of the performance period on Dec. 31, 2026 and subject to board discretion.
