John Wiley & Sons Shares Climb on 4Q Revenue Growth, Outlook

Shares of John Wiley & Sons on Thursday climbed in pre-market trading after the company reported higher revenue in its fiscal fourth quarter and said it's seeing AI and learning growth.

The stock was up 12% to $41.00. The stock has increased 15% since the beginning of the year.

The Hoboken, N.J., publisher of titles such as the For Dummies franchise said quarterly revenue rose 11% to $468.5 million.

For the fiscal year 2025, John Wiley & Sons expects earnings per share of $3.25 to $3.60. The full-year outlook is driven by research and learning momentum and accelerated cost savings, the company said.
