ISEC Healthcare (SGX:40T) unit ISEC Sdn Bhd has reached a settlement in relation to a service-related dispute with a doctor who provided services to the subsidiary, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

In a company filing dated Dec. 22, 2020, the doctor claimed an amount of 736,322 ringgit in service consultancy fees and further damages.

Following the settlement, the Malaysian subsidiary has paid an agreed settlement sum to the doctor.
