China Everbright (SGX:U9E, HKG:0165) incorporated a joint venture company named EW Water (Anyang) in China with a registered capital of nearly 221.0 million yuan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company has been formed following a concession agreement with Shanghai Communications Construction Contracting and the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Anyang City.
The new companyâs core activity would be the maintenance and operations of a waste water treatment plant in Anyang City.
